XML Import and Export

This feature generates an XML file with data from selected tables or can import a file created by Data Builder.  This is the best way to bulk export and import data using Data Builder since it includes every column type (including binary columns).  This is implemented using the import and export capabilities of the ADO.NET DataSet class built into .NET.
