While we want everyone to be successful with VistaDB, our subscription customers get a higher level of service. Our Premier Support Subscription provides access to full product source code as well as a guaranteed response time to inquiries.
If you have a bug report to file just email support@vistaDB.com. This will open a ticket for you. All responses from support are sent to you through email, and your replies to the email are automatically added to your ticket.
