    Need support for VistaDB?

    VistaDB has several support subscriptions

    Anyone can open a support ticket, but priority is given to customers with a support subscription.  While we want everyone to be successful with VistaDB, our subscription customers get a higher level of service.  Our Premier Support Subscription provides access to full product source code as well as a guaranteed response time to inquiries.

    Opening a support ticket

    If you have a bug report to file just email support@vistaDB.com.  This will open a ticket for you. All responses from support are sent to you through email, and your replies to the email are automatically added to your ticket.

    Post a question on the forums

    Our community forums are always a great resource. Our developers read them and respond almost every day. This often the fastest way to find a solution to a question.
